Delicious alone and perfect accompaniment to butter toast and creme fraise* with horse radish.

* substitute sour cream for creme fraise if desired and/or substitute fresh grated garlic for horse radish.  Recipe: 4 parts sour cream to 1 part horseradish and salt to taste.  Adding horseradish gradually until desired flavor profile and spicy finish is achieved.  Butter baguette slices and toast in the oven on a baking sheet until just golden; about 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees F.
